Simulation hours

What an hour buys.

A simulation hour is one hour of one solver core, plus the time to build the mesh and produce results. A model solved on four cores for 30 minutes uses two hours for the solve. Failed runs are not charged.

If you reach the end of your hours mid-project, tell us and we extend your allowance. Hours past it are $10 each, settled at renewal.

Terms

Five things to know.

Hours are an allowance, not a cap

Reaching the end of your hours does not end your project. We extend your allowance, and if you are well past it we settle the difference, or talk about the right plan, at renewal.

Failed runs are not charged

Hours used by a run that diverges, runs out of memory or stops for any reason are left out when we settle hours at renewal.

One person means one login

Seats are named. Add a colleague for $3,000 a year on Annual or Team, or move to Team for three.

Your price holds for your term

Renewals move to the prices current at that date. We tell you the new price at least 30 days before your term ends.

Changing plan

Move from a Project pass to Annual any time during the pass and pay only the difference. Move to Team any time and pay the difference for the rest of the term. Add people at any time, pro-rated to your renewal date.
